When the architect is the owner of an ‘old girl’ – a heritage listed Victorian terrace – then the possibilities are endless…well, almost! Purchased in 2013, the ‘old girl’ needed a complete overhaul as she was virtually uninhabitable. The architect gave her a breath of fresh air through a carefully considered contemporary insertion that celebrates and respects the heritage fabric and spatial qualities of the original home. This one is well worth a sticky-beak!!
