An inner-city warehouse conversion is something not often see in Launceston. The transition from 1930’s workshop into an lovingly designed and constructed dwelling for its architect owners has occurred behind the early 20th Century red brick walls over the past 6 years. Focus has been placed on retaining the character of the original building, retaining and reusing demolished materials where possible. This has created a unique hybrid between a rare light-industrial past and a contemporary residential building on the fringe of inner-urban Launceston.
