Famously known for being the factory setting referred to in Bryce Courtney’s book The Potato Factory, this site has had a vast history. Previously used by Grove Fruit Juice (now Hartz Mineral Water) to store containers and by Motors to repair cars, the site has been a design studio since the 1990s and is now home to the architectural practice of Next 50 Architects.
